If you must cancel your reservation, please return to the Book-It-Now site and click View My Tours (upper-left portion of the page). You will be asked to log in using the account you created when you scheduled your tour.
Once you have logged in, you will be able to cancel your reservation. You may schedule a new time while you are logged in, or you may return to our visits page later to do so.
